As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping others move towards desired outcomes.

Latest work experience: working as a mental health counselor at Psykologisk Rådgivning SIND, where I talked together with different individuals on a variety of mental health topics. It enabled me to work broadly, which I not only like but which I am also qualified for.

I also worked as a family health counselor at Familierådgivningen where I worked specifically with parents; individuals as well as couples. Previous to that, I worked as a special-education pedagogue for children, I completed an internship in school psychology, and I wrote my master's thesis about a topic pertaining to teaching and learning.

Originally, I am from Denmark, and I have mostly lived here. Though, I also lived in the United States for twelve years. My ethnic background is Iranian. In terms of languages, I am well acquainted with English, Danish, Farsi, Spanish and French languages, and I am fluent in the first three languages listed here. Since I find value in borrowing terms from either English or Danish sometimes, multilingual clients feel especially at ease with me. I am authentic, direct and I communicate psychology in a simple way.
